Zincoplast – PTR

Zincoplast - PTR used in highly filled polyolefins like filled PP/PE compounds, colour masterbatches, TPO/TPE compounds.

#It is used for Antifibrillation master batches/ compounds to reduce water carry problem in high speed tape line at high speed operation. #Suitable for highly filled CaCO3 and talc based polyolefinic compounds. #Improves the strength of tape.

#It serves primarily as a lubricant,but also as a densifying agent and a partitioning agent. #It used as a stabilizer and lubricant In PVC/HDPE/LD/EVA master batches.

#It is an effective processing aid, release agent and for complete product dispersion in elastomers. #It use has been extended as a neutralizer, colour stabilizer, reducer of fiber breakage and de-agglomerator in PP and HDPE applications.

#It is a lubricant for moulding. #It reduces friction between polymer & equipments of finished products. #It is a good antiblocking agent for polyolefin. #It also performs in LDPE, LLDPE and specially used in PP films application.
Zincoplast – 141 (Stearamide)

Saturated fatty primary amide derived from oleochemicals.
  • Appearance : Yellow to pale yellow flakes/powder
  • Melting Point : 100 ± 5⁰C
  • Dosage : 1.0 Max
  • Functions : Processing Aid
It gives lubricant for moulding and release. It provide immediate surface slip and release. It efficiently lowers surface friction. It gives rapid migration after vulcanisation.
Zincoplast EOS

Low Melted Mix Fatty Amide derived from fatty acid
  • Apperance : Creamish to White Flakes.
  • Melting Point : 85°C Max
  • Dosage : 0.05 to 2%
  • Packing - 25 kg/bag
# Zincoplast – EOS is mixed with a polymer, it reduces friction between the polymer and processing equipment and also between the polymerpolymer inter-faces
Zincoplast – 151 Glyceryl Monostearate (GMS)

Glyceryl Monostearate derived from oleochemicals.

#It is a good antiblocking agent for polyolefin. #It also performs in LDPE, LLDPE & specially used in PP films application. #It is a good antistatic agent for Polypropylene & polyethylene.
Zincoplast – 161 (Ethylenebistearamide)

Ethylenebis Stearamide.
  • Apperance : Creamish to White Flakes.
  • Melting Point : 143 ± 5⁰C
  • Dosage : 0.2 to 2.0 phr
  • Functions : Processing Aid
#It gives external lubricants to RIGID PVC & PLASTICIZED PVC. #It has anti-block & slip properties. #It does not affect clarity of PVC films/sheets. #It is a flow improver & mould release for filled PP/PE compound also for POLYAMIDE/NYLON&ABS/POLYSTYRENE #It work as a internal mould release agent in injection moulding in THERMOPLASTIC POLYURETHENE
